5 Ways To Detox Daily - Juicing Recipe

The problem with America and the world today, is that there's toxins all over the place, there's plastic, there's carcinogens, there's toxins in the air, there's xenoestrogens everywhere we go. Now what are xenoestrogens, xenoestrogens are the [inaudible] that force us and cling to our bodies to make us store body fat. Now one of the greatest things about transformation, if you're competing in the summer challenge and you totally get this is that when we do a fast, when we do the Alpha Reset, you're actually allowing your body time to heal, you're allowing your body time to flush out those xenoestrogens, those xenoestrogens cause you to store fats, once those xenoestrogens are gone, your body's going to be able to stimulate the nutrients and absorb the proteins, and the enzymes and amino acids and everything that you really want to absorb to really get the mass scale of muscle gain that you're looking for or toning out that tummy for the summer, beach season is coming. So when you do these things, when you detoxify daily, you're going to get the body that you've always wanted as opposed to the body that you just kind of, you look in the mirror, you almost feel invisible, nobody wants to feel invisible, I want you to feel absolutely stunning, I want you to be proud of that body that you have which is why I'm making this video for you today, so let's get on, we have 5 the things that you can do daily to detoxify your body, here we go. So the 5 things, number one warm water with lemon in the morning, number two, a green juice, number 3, getting sweaty at the gym, number 4, we're talking about apple cider vinegar, and number 5, eating detoxifying foods, I'm going to break down some foods for you. So let's get into it, number one, warm water with lemon, it's real simple and easy, when I wake up in the morning, I come out of a fast, right? That's why breakfast is called break-fast because we're actually breaking the fast. One of the best things you can do for the biological environment of your stomach of your good [inaudible] bacteria is to give yourself something warm, you know, maybe one of the best breakfast that you can have is actually soup, I know it's weird, if you read the Body [inaudible] Diet, a really good book, talks about this, so one of my favorite things to do is actually drinking warm water with lemon, about 2 tablespoons of lemon or just pinch a half of lemon in warm water, about a liter of water, I know it sounds like a lot, but you want to hydrate first thing in the morning and we hydrate first thing in the morning, it reminds you to hydrate throughout the day. From there I hit the gym, I get sweaty, when you sweat you release a lot of the toxins not only from your sweat but you release 70% of the toxins from your lungs, [inaudible], I didn't know that until recently I read a book Detoxify [inaudible] by Sherrie Roberts, a really really good book. Number 3, we're talking about making a green juice, I'm going to make a recipe for you here in a second, I'm going to talk to you about some of the things that will help you detoxify the heavy metals, the different things in your bloodstream that you want to get rid of okay? Alright, so in this recipe, we have, this is actually one of my favorite recipes, it's some of the mean green if you guys have seen it online, Joe Cross is talking about the Mean Green Juice recipe in the hit movie Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, it's 2 cucumbers, I got a lemon here, I got 3 stalks of celery, few leaves of kale and a handful of cilantro and a cilantro is one of the greatest anti inflammatory foods that there are, inflammation is really what's causing the world to be [inaudible] of epidemic so I'd like to eat a lot anti inflammatory foods, we actually can add a little turmeric spice you've probably seen some of my other Saturday Strategies or blog posts talking about that, we're going to add a little kale into this as well, Kale is one of the greatest things for flushing out these xenoestrogens, any leafy green for that matter, now if you have thyroid conditions, or hypothyroid, you may want to watch some of these cruciferous leafy greens, check with your doctor always before juicing as well, so let's get on with making this recipe, bring it in. Alright Fitlifers, so there it is, we have our juice, juice to you Fitlifer, that's really my favorite kind of juice right there. And then apple cider vinegar was number four, apple cider vinegar you can drink throughout the day, I usually add just 2 tablespoons of it to the water that I drink, it helps absorb mucus, and different things that are in your body. There's tons of uses for apple cider vinegar, we've done blog post on this, I love it, I have bottles of it, and number 5 is detoxifying foods, okay? So I'm talking about Dandelion Green, I'm talking about Licorice root, I'm talking about cayenne, I'm talking about Turmeric, I'm talking about Parsley and Cilantros. So these things when we add them into our food throughout the day, those are going to help breakdown some of the toxins that you hold on to. Alright, so to recap real quick the 5 things, remember water with lemon in the morning, going to the gym, get in your sweat on, number 3 was making a green juice in the morning, number 4, is apple cider vinegar, and number 5 eating detoxifying foods.
