Why Do I Have Zits on My Legs?

Why do I have zits on my legs? That doesn't seem possible. You can get zits anywhere you have sweat glands, even on your breasts and buttocks. That is disgusting. But so is this. You can pop them the same way you pop the ones on your face. And they have the same solution. What's your solution? You're most likely to develop them when you are hot and sweaty, when grime and sweat accumulate on your skin. My face is exposed to the sun, but my legs rarely are. Are you working out while wearing tight lycra? If you don't change clothes and shower, you risk the pores getting blocked and infected - hence the zit. I wear yoga pants a lot. While yoga pants literally give you a lot of flexibility, you don't get air flow. If you're jogging or working out in them, you risk getting zits on your legs. I've gotten them on the weekend, when I'm not working out. Are you sleeping in too many layers? You're more likely to get zits if you're sweating in bed. I don't think that's the reason. Are you sleeping while wearing tight clothing? That increases the odds the sweat and grease accumulate on the skin. Instead of getting on my sheets. And you're getting zits. You could try sleeping in just your underwear, instead of full on pajamas. I prefer the extra clothing. Take showers at night instead of in the morning, so you're not sleeping in the prior day's grime. That might be an option. What else can I do? Work out right before you go home and get ready for bed, so that you don't have sweat and grime on your body all day. I'm not going jogging right before going to bed. Use baby powder to absorb sweat after a workout and reduce chafing. At least I'd leave the gym smelling better than when I arrived.
