I'm doctor Janine Bowring and today's topic is all about colon cleansing now this is something that you may not be familiar or you may have tried it there's a lot of horror stories out there about colon cleansing. well I always think that cleansing the colon should be done naturally and the most safest and less invasive way possible and we can do this with the diet. Modifying the diet which is something that will talk about but also with some other great detox remedies Vitadetox being my favorite of course and I'll talk about that as well so how to make sure that our colin is working optimally the colin is in fact the large intestine and needs to be emptied optimally at least twice a day for women I say three times a day for men so this means to bowel movements per day for women 3 per day for men.
