Hi I'm Dr. Max Adler of Park Cities Dermatology here in Dallas. I'm a practicing dermatologist for the last 27 years and I'm board certified in both pediatrics and dermatology. We also have the Aesthera Isolaz, and the Isolaz is a combination of light and suction that helps our acne patients- usually after only a few treatments. We have other light therapies available too for acne treatment. We have the CO2 laser for fractionated resurfacing of the skin and rejuvenation of sun damage to the skin. We have the fraxel laser that we also use to work with acne scars in patients. We also do a procedure for acne scars that is called subcision, and between subcision and the fraxel laser, we have got the ability to make most acne patients who have scarring a whole lot better.
